Personal Training


Free Consultation – At this session, we will discuss your health and fitness goals as well as any challenges that you have faced with reaching those goals in the past.  I will also conduct an initial fitness assessment to determine your fitness level which will also serve as a benchmark to determine future progress.

1st Training Session – At this session, I will present your training plan and go over all exercises contained in your plan, performing them with you.  I will also answer any questions you may have.

Session Fees:

Full Hour Session = $50.00

Half Hour Session = $25.00
